When to Hire


  • If you answer YES to any of the questions on this International Schools Survey (COMING SOON) or this USA PYP Schools Survey (COMING SOON).
  • Following a review of the ESL department.
  • Upon receipt of audit recommendations.
  • Any time your school is being reviewed to include best practices in differentiation for the entire student population or specifically the ESL population.
  • When differentiation strategies need to be implemented.

The Proposal


  • Bookings can be negotiated per time availability, the budget of the school requesting services, and the goals and vision of your school.
  • A proposal will be written immediately per those requests and a phone interview will be setup.

Peace Corps Response - What is a successful Counterpart? In an article published by Peace Corps (2006), one Volunteer counterpart in Panama declared, “My relationship with them is everything,” when summarizing the many roles he plays with Volunteers in his region. When looking up the definition of  counterpart  I found these two statements resonating with my own experience during my Peace Corps Volunteer service both as a Peace Corps Volunteer in West Africa and as a Peace Corps Volunteer Response in San Jose, Costa Rica.
